Business Process Management Developer

BPM Developer - AVP £300-£400 per day London / Hybrid

We're hiring for a BPM Developer (AVP level) to join a global financial institution's development team. This is a contract role paying £300-£400/day, based in London with hybrid flexibility.

You'll be working on enterprise-grade workflow solutions using OpenText MBPM (Metastorm), alongside a modern Microsoft tech stack. If you're a hands-on developer with a passion for process automation and a knack for clean, scalable code, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing BPM workflows using OpenText MBPM (Metastorm).
• Building and maintaining applications on the MS .NET platform using C# and JavaScript.
• Writing and optimizing queries in Oracle SQL.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Supporting Agile delivery and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in BPM / workflow development using Metastorm or similar tools like Camunda, Appian, Flowable
• Strong development background in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Oracle SQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Broader interests in culture, arts, or humanities - we value well-rounded thinkers.
