Job Description

Based in the Wilmslow head office, covering the UK and potentially Europe, this position involves considerable travel and up to 3 nights away on territory each week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, preferably with a finance qualification such as ACA or ACCA, to join one of the UK's fastest-growing companies. Due to aggressive growth, we are seeking a Business Process Auditor to join our team.

The successful candidate will receive full training and will initially shadow a senior team member.

Responsibilities

  1. Audit
  2. Completing audits at all locations in line with Internal Audit Checklists
  3. Monitoring compliance with Standard Practice Instructions
  4. Monitoring compliance with IT Strategy
  5. Examining and analysing operating practices
  6. Completing Audit Working papers by documenting Audit Tests and findings
  7. Preparing and drafting reports to the Business Process Manager for distribution
  8. Stocktake observation and follow-up audits

Systems Implementation

  1. Implementation of systems in line with Standard Practice Instruction and IT Strategy
  2. Teaching and mentoring through onsite training

Documentation

  1. Assist in the content and preparation of Standard Practice Instructions
  2. Assist in the technical authoring of business process user guides
  3. Assist in developing all Internal Audit Checklists
  4. Conduct site visits to newly acquired businesses
