Compensation

Up to $120,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Re-engineer manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows into scalable technical systems
• Design and maintain a unified framework for company-wide processes and documentation
• Partner with department leaders to uncover inefficiencies and engineer better solutions
• Map processes, create technical documentation, and deliver internal training
• Lead deep-dive investigations into operational breakdowns and fix root causes

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Proven experience in process engineering or technical business analysis
• Ability to navigate tough conversations and gain buy-in across teams
• Strong technical writing and process-mapping capability
• Comfort working without a team initially and doing hands-on work
• Abilit y to translate business problems into technical solutions
