Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday role with flexibility required to support operational needs

As Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

The Role

As the senior leader at branch level, you will oversee the day to day operations of the business while managing a dedicated team of Care Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Carers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational excellence
  • Supporting the delivery of exceptional client and patient care
  • Building strong working relationships with employees, clients, and key stakeholders
  • Managing daily branch operations, including rostering and coordination of care services
  • Working collaboratively with Regional Management, Quality & Care teams, Clinical Governance, and HR
  • Recruiting, training, and developing high performing care teams
  • Driving branch growth while managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
  • Creating succession plans and supporting career progression within your team
  • Leading from the front with a hands on and proactive management style
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong people management and leadership experience
  • A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
  • Experience managing operations, schedules, and team coordination
  • Financial awareness, including budget management and cost control
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Collaborative and solutions focused approach
  • Confidence to work independently while embracing support and coaching from senior stakeholders

Essential Requirements
  • Strong people management and leadership experience
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
  • Experience managing operations, rostering, and team coordination
  • Financial and commercial awareness including budget management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Full right to work in Ireland

Previous experience managing KPIs, budgets, and large teams will be a significant advantage. Knowledge or experience relating to safeguarding, quality assurance, clinical governance, HIQA standards, or HSE funded services would also be beneficial.
