Rate: £34,492- £41,140 per annum

We are urgently seeking a Business Lecturer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners and deliver high-quality teaching in a well-established curriculum area.

The successful Lecturer will have the following skills and qualifications:

Educated to Degree or HNC level or have the equivalent vocational experience in a related discipline i.e. Business/Business Management, Business Analytics/Business Marketing.

Hold or be willing to work towards and achieve an Award in Teaching and Learning or equivalent and have minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Experience of working within Business Management and previous experience as a Teacher/Lecturer within an FE environment would be advantageous although is not essential as training can be provided.

Excellent communication skills and be able to inspire and motivate others.
