Think FE is working with a well regarded further education college in Northamptonshire to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE Business Lecturer or a secondary school Business teacher looking to transition into further education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high quality BTEC Business lessons
• Plan, prepare and assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements
• Support student achievement, retention and progression
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement activities
• Maintain accurate learner records and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

• A degree in Business or a related subject
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards an AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training)
• Experience teaching Business Studies in further education or secondary education
