We are seeking a dedicated Business Lecturer to deliver engaging and informative lessons for Level 1 & 2 of the BTEC curriculum. This role is ideal for someone with prior BTEC teaching experience, passionate about shaping the future of students in the business field.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver structured lectures and coursework to students enrolled in Level 1 & 2 of the BTEC curriculum.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods and real-world business scenarios.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching BTEC courses.
• A teaching qualification is ideal, though not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
