We are looking for a Business Improvement and Performance Lead to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich to lead the Skanska led Delivery Integration Partner's (DIP) approach to Business Improvement, Performance and Benefits Management on the A47 Thickthorn junction improvement scheme, part of the National Highways Regional Delivery Partnership (RDP).
What you'll do- Lead on and establish a 'Lean' culture by rolling out Lean tools, techniques and training across the project, including the relevant supply chain and partners (e.g. Lean Construction Development Plan).
- Utilise the required processes to capture best practice and lessons learned and feed into the National Highways processes. Ensure a transfer of knowledge process is embed within the project to benefit the relevant stakeholders.
- Track efficiencies being generated across the scheme, update the efficiency register, ensure efficiency targets are delivered and work within NH efficiency processes where required.
- Lead on the management of the CPF quarterly reporting process, collaborating with National Highways, the A47 project team and Drive performance improvement across the CPF metrics.
- Work closely with the NH Legacy and Benefits lead to support in updating the scheme benefits register and benefits realisation and evaluation plan.
- Participate and contribute towards Skanska UK and Infrastructure Performance Improvement networks and activities.
- Previous experience of the National Highways Collaborative Performance Framework and/or: Previous experience of National Highways Benefits Realisation Management.
- Demonstratable experience of performance improvement with a data-driven approach.
- Hold or be working towards a Lean Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
- Experience collaborating with a broad number of stakeholders, internal and external.
