By fusing search, social and influencer data we can quickly identify what good looks like for any audience on any platform for any type of creative asset. Either by partnering with media owners and influencers or by using our in-house team of skilled producers and creatives, we create effective, impactful data-led content which ensures maximum engagement and earned reach with no compromise on quality.

Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media's three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry. Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best-in-class work with seamless project management.

The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing. Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners, and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we activate over 100 campaigns each year. We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfill client needs in paid and owned channels. The fastest-growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

About the team

The Partnerships team sits within the Content Service for Publicis. Our Content Service consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative, production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service Publicis brands, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native. Our global scale gives us unrivalled access to market-leading data, tech, marketplaces & partners.

About the role

Reporting into the Head of Global Partnerships, you will lead, organise and manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering multiple branded content partnerships across a diverse client portfolio. These partnerships span agency brands including Starcom, Zenith and Spark, covering a wide range of industries and sectors and driving significant revenue for the team. You and your team will be responsible for project managing the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns across all media channels, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and deliver agreed KPIs.

You will be expected to build strong relationships with senior media owners to deliver first-to-market opportunities, and work collaboratively with your clients' partner agencies, agency internal teams (planners and trading) and other teams within the Content Service to ensure your team deliver best-in-class creative solutions which consistently exceed client goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Partnerships team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development through appraisals, training, and succession planning.
  • Support the Head of Global Partnerships in delivering multi-market campaigns, collaborating with agency leads to create strategic briefs that drive organic revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development of integrated partnership solutions, including publisher partnerships, social collaborations, TV sponsorships, advertiser-funded programming, and product placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior media owners and agency stakeholders, ensuring innovative responses to briefs and effective solutions to client challenges.
  • Drive commercial performance across the Partnerships revenue stream, negotiating competitive deals, ensuring KPIs and pricing agreements are met, and delivering profitable campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring strong project management, transparent client communication, post-campaign evaluation, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, encouraging collaboration across content teams (influencer, creative, production, strategy, and social) to deliver innovative solutions and maximise business growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience delivering successful branded content partnerships, with strong knowledge of sponsorships, partnerships, and media channels.

  • Proven leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating teams while overseeing complex projects and operations.

  • Strong client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).

  • Creative and strategic mindset, able to develop innovative responses to briefs, negotiate competitive rates, and exceed client expectations.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Commercial and operational awareness, including experience managing budgets, financial processes, and supplier negotiations.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach, with curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong industry relationships.
