Overview

Leading one of the largest print management companies in the continent, we are seeking a commercially aware Business Director to manage the client relationship with a major FMCG client. The role involves client, budget and operational management with a focus on meeting commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of account managers and account directors across the UK and Europe, with at least 10 team members.
• Develop and deliver client growth strategies to expand the breadth and depth of the client relationship across all services.
• Maintain strong professional and personal relationships with the client to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service.
• Drive value and gross margin growth through effective commercial awareness.
• Ensure client, budget and operational targets are met.

Qualifications

• Current role as Business Director or Senior Account Director.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive value and margin growth.
