Graduate Business Development Representative, Location: Reading, Berkshire (Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week).

Salary: £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£70,000 £80,000+ OTE).

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying prospective business customers
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Building relationships with senior decision makers
• Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
• Generating new business opportunities for the wider sales team
• Learning consultative sales and business development techniques
• Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
