- (Desirable) You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry

- Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet's ideal customer profile
- Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion
- Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies
- Be a voice of the customer - share insights from early conversations that help shape positioning and product priorities
