We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to grow Veeva Quality, a suite of highly scalable applications that significantly impact how large enterprise companies bring their products to market faster, or become the supplier-of-choice for the industries they support. The Veeva Quality BDR will enhance visibility and market share by communicating the benefits of the Quality Cloud suite to large enterprise companies within the Specialty Chemical, Crop Science, Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, Automotive, and Transportation & Logistics industries. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities within a defined set of accounts.
What You'll Do
- Establish the product suite as the go-to solution for large enterprise companies in targeted industries
- Achieve team quarterly and annual goals
- Coordinate and track activities related to events
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and engage customers on their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in inside sales, SDR, lead generation, marketing, or similar customer-facing SaaS roles
- Self-starter, hard worker, fast learner, team-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic understanding
- Passionate about manufacturing industries and demonstrated lead generation results
- Ability to articulate business value to senior executives in business and IT
- Creative mindset to make things happen
Nice to Have
- Experience with LIMS, EHS, or QMS software vendors
- Experience with large enterprise cloud software vendors
