Join Salesforce as a Business Development Representative focusing on the Czech market, based in Dublin.
As a BDR, you will sit at the forefront of the sales organisation, selling the Salesforce Customer360 platform and Agentforce to transform businesses through AI, Data, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Sales Partnership: Working side by side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
- Full professional fluency in Czech or Slovak and English.
- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a client facing role (internships and leadership roles count).
- Right to work in Ireland.
- Sales Methodology education (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling).
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas.
