Job Description
Business Development Manager, Strategic Neo Cloud Partnerships 
Google is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on NeoCloud and infrastructure partnerships. This role is part of the Ecosystem and Channels team and involves selecting, evaluating, defining, and negotiating Google's partnerships and business models. The goal is to accelerate business growth, new customer acquisition, solution completeness, and market position across all Google Cloud products, geographies, and industries.
Responsibilities- Identify new partnership goals and manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle to grow Google Cloud's ecosystem.
- Define and implement partnership strategies to promote adoption of Google technologies and develop joint business initiatives with C-level decision makers.
- Drive customer acquisition and business growth through joint go-to-market initiatives with partners such as ISVs and GSIs.
- Manage relationships with external and internal C-level executives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Oversee partnership agreement structuring, work cross-functionally with various teams to focus on the impact of partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in cloud business, data center infrastructure, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Experience operating in a global model and developing partnership strategies.
- Proven ability to recruit industry-leading partners and manage C-level relationships.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience with data center hardware/software, AI, and computing technologies.
- Strong skills in driving business strategies with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and financial skills.
