Business Development Manager (Ireland) - Growth & Packaging

Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Ireland, including Dublin and parts of Northern Ireland. You will manage a €2M+ turnover territory, expanding existing accounts, and building a robust sales pipeline through consultative selling and field activity.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll network, conduct packaging audits, prepare proposals, and close deals while using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
