Задачи- Originate, evaluate and secure acquisition and partnership opportunities with third-party developers across the UK and Ireland.
- Build and maintain a network of developers, investors and strategic partners to identify opportunities in wind, solar and BESS.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures and cooperation agreements.
- Conduct commercial, technical and strategic assessments of projects and development partnerships.
- Manage acquisition and partnership processes from initial engagement through transaction completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage development activities, budgets, schedules, risks and milestones.
- Manage external advisers and consultants during due diligence and transaction processes.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations, strategic proposals and business cases to senior management and governance bodies.
- Develop and maintain financial evaluations, project valuations, investment analyses and financial models.
- Significant experience in renewable energy project development, business development, M&A, transactions or investment activities.
- Proven track record of originating, negotiating and securing renewable energy projects, partnerships or acquisitions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess project value drivers, risks and investment opportunities.
- Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills, including project valuation and investment appraisal techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance and senior leadership.
- Experience managing external advisers and consultants during due diligence and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex commercial opportunities clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
