We look for people who apply logic to their thinking, are natural self-starters, and see things through from start to finish. People who learn from every mistake are welcomed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will identify and qualify opportunities across cold, new, and existing accounts - using your understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market themes to tailor your sales approach.

  • You will take a self-sufficient approach to sales and business development - leveraging research, market trends, and platforms like HubSpot to identify opportunities and drive engagement.

  • You will have full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close - with the autonomy to drive deals forward and exceed your quota.

  • Your aim: win new business, grow key accounts, and deliver long-term, value-driven relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ Years' experience in consultancy sales, ideally within Financial Services/Banking, Insurance or Commodities.

  • A demonstrable track record of winning new clients with clear examples.

  • Experience building Business Development strategies that are either client-specific, industry-aligned, or trend-led.

  • Self-sufficient in your approach - able to identify opportunities and justify your Business Development ideas.

  • A creative and innovative thinker with strong qualification skills.

  • Proven experience of cross-selling products or services.

  • Proven analytical skills - comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting sales data.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.

  • Resilient, open to feedback, and adaptable.

  • Intelligent, empathetic, and curious about new markets.

Nice to Have:

  • Someone who embraces best practices and is open to continuous learning.
