Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for global business development for the business area Battery Solutions
  • Identification of opportunities and development of strategies to expand the market position
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, research institutions and industrial partners
  • Analysis of requirements and development of customized solutions in collaboration with engineering
  • Participation in process engineering trials and optimizations together with customers and lab specialists
  • Participation in international events, trade fairs and conferences
  • Development and presentation of technical solutions and business cases to potential customers
  • Collaboration with internal and external teams to align business development initiatives with the strategy
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to derive strategic recommendations for future growth

Your Profil:

  • Degree in chemistry, process engineering, materials science or nanotechnology (ETH/Uni/FH)
  • Experience in sales or business development of capital goods, ideally in the battery industry
  • Strong technical affinity and ability to understand and communicate complex process solutions
  • Entrptreneurial and engaging personality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in an international environment
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
