Job Description
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with a prestigious client who provide long-term stay accommodation who are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a senior role in hospitality or long-term stays.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed.
