About the Role:
We're supporting a well-established logistics company in Belgium in their search for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their commercial team. The focus of this role is on generating new business opportunities while also managing and developing existing customer relationships within the parcel and transport logistics sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic account development and proactive sales, and who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of customers in parcel and transport logistics
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Belgium/Europe
- Lead tender processes and support solution development for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in parcel logistics or road transport
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
