The Company

A highly respected and internationally renowned Out-of-Home media organisation with strong benefits and a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture is seeking a Business Development Manager.

The Role of Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will join the client direct team and manage a designated territory. Your potential clients will be businesses with their head offices in your territory. You will sell regional and national outdoor campaigns, including static and digital advertising sites across rail, roadside, bus stops, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc. Clients come from both the public and private sectors, ranging from large to small organisations. Some of the opportunities you can sell are highly creative!

The role requires an entrepreneurial approach and a high work ethic towards generating new business. You will be expected to meet clients face-to-face four days a week. With the merging of mobile and Out-of-Home media and advancements in street furniture technology, this sector is very exciting right now!

Positions are available in the following areas: North London, South East London, and Essex/East.

Requirements for this Business Development Manager Role

  • At least 2 years of media sales experience (outdoor sales experience not mandatory)
  • Strong track record in new business development
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Confident, articulate, and outgoing personality
  • High work ethic
  • Field sales experience (desirable)
  • Strong face-to-face negotiation and sales skills
