Business Development Manager - Trade Kitchens, Kitchen Components & Joinery

Full-Time Monday-Friday

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing key customer accounts?

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow established businesses operating within the kitchen and joinery industry.

Your Role

This position is divided across three key areas:

40% - Trade Kitchens Sales

• Manage all Trade Kitchen enquiries generated through our channels.
• Convert enquiries into sales through excellent customer service.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new trade customers.

30% - Kitchen Components

• Identify and win new trade accounts throughout Ireland.
• Build long-term relationships with builders, kitchen retailers and contractors.
• Manage and support existing customers.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and account management.

30% - Joinery

• Develop new commercial and residential joinery opportunities.
• Build relationships with builders, architects, developers and contractors.
• Manage existing FJS customer accounts.
• Promote our bespoke joinery manufacturing capabilities.

About You

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience within kitchens, construction, manufacturing or joinery would be a significant advantage.
