Your new role includes:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across fabricators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations within established authority limits
• Influence project specifications where appropriate, engaging with architects, consultants, and engineers
• Collaborate closely with estimating and production teams to deliver commercially viable and profitable solutions
• Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure consistent reporting standards
• Safeguard margins and uphold pricing integrity in line with company targets
• Contribute strategic insights on product mix, pricing, and go-to-market approaches

Experience you need:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in façade, glazing, aluminium systems, or construction manufacturing sales
• Demonstrated success in converting technical quotations into profitable contracts
• Strong commercial awareness, including margins, lead times, and operational considerations
• Ability to work independently while adhering to governance frameworks
• Highly organised with a structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
