Business Development Leader - Debt Recovery & Enforcement

Direct Group, through its brands DCBL and DCB Legal, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in debt recovery, litigation and enforcement. The role is office-based, full-time, with a revenue-driven remit and opportunities to grow the business across both brands.

You will engage with senior decision-makers, build a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to onboarding and service delivery.
