Business Development Lead

The role will be focused around maintaining and developing relationships with clients and customers within a variety of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess product development and market trends.
• Create capture strategies and assist in pricing competitively, working with in country Customer Sales.
• Map client accounts (influencers / decision makers).
• Input all leads and intelligence into the CRM database.
• Develop the Seaeye sales pipeline.
• Provide insight to the internal team regarding market pricing.
• Identify up sell and bundle opportunities from the wider Seaeye business.
• Maintain current relationships with existing customers.
• Map out opportunities for the whole product family on a global basis.
• Grow and develop business utilizing the WB (Winning Business) process.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Stakeholder and relationship management.
• Experience within Business Development and Sales.
• Relationship management - internal and external.
• Track record of winning high value technical contracts.
• Ability to understand engineering products and translate them into customer value.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Confident presenting and communicating to external clients.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

• Contractual awareness.
• Experience within ROV, Subsea offshore energy or Defence Market.
• Product knowledge of Seaeye ROVs.
• Extensive network within the energy and/or defence markets.
• Experience with working or understanding of work class ROV systems.
