Job Description
We're partnering with a leading integrated agency group, specialising in sport, entertainment, and lifestyle across experiential, social, production, and sponsorship activation. With clients like NFL, Chelsea FC, Peloton, Live Nation, and Bupa, they're on a major growth trajectory and hiring their first New Business Lead to spearhead client acquisition.
What you'll do- Lead the end-to-end pitch process, shaping strategy and coordinating teams
- Develop tailored proposals, bids, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver creative, insight-led solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Track pipeline and forecasts via Pipedrive
- Support marketing with case studies and thought leadership content
- 7+ years' agency experience in business development (PR, social, experiential, or sponsorship)
- Proven track record of winning high-value new business
- Strong network across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors
- Polished, persuasive communicator confident with pitches and presentations
- £55-65k + bonus + bens
- 25-29 days holiday, early Friday finishes, dental + more
- Soho office, Tues-Thurs onsite, part of a global agency network
