As a Business Development Graduate, you'll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales.
Your week will be split between:
- 3 field based days: Visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- 2 office based days: Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
You'll start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on the job mentoring. As you grow, you'll continue to benefit from structured development in sales, leadership, and management-with every manager at KEYENCE promoted from within.
What We OfferStarting Salary: £33,000 + location allowance
Quarterly Bonus: Minimum £5,000 in Year 1 (guaranteed)

Qualifications- A degree in any discipline
