We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute tactical sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
  • Manage their personal pipeline using the CRM.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through prioritization and execution for business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and collaborate with other teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive).
  • This role requires you to be in New York visiting clients.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in the real estate industry with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Photography or visual content creation experience.
