Business Development Director

Our client provides groundbreaking creative services to global brands. They are recruiting a Business Development Director to support the growth of new and existing clients along with developing the ongoing marketing strategy. We are looking for a senior Business Development and Marketing professional from a Creative Services background.

The Role

• Working with multiple stakeholders, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will develop and deliver the BD business plan.
• Work with senior members of the management team to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure a structured approach to BD events
• Critically review the BD function - including the ongoing management of the team
• Define and manage the BD budget and report on ROI

The Person

• Previous experience of working in a Creative Services Environment.
• Have experience in the roll out of strategic BD projects
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Consistent achievements of objectives
• Project management and change management skills
