Job Title: Business Development Director

Our client provides ground breaking creative services to global brands. They are recruiting a Business Development Director to support the growth of new and existing clients and to develop ongoing marketing strategy. We are looking for a senior Business Development and Marketing professional from a Creative Services background.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple stakeholders as a key member of the leadership team, developing and delivering the business development (BD) business plan.
• Collaborate with senior members of the management team to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure a structured approach to BD events.
• Critically review the BD function, including ongoing management of the team.
• Define and manage the BD budget and report on ROI.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Creative Services environment.
• Experience in the roll out of strategic BD projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Consistent achievement of objectives.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
