Job Title: Business Development Director - Direct Mail

We have a great opportunity to join an established mailing company that offers the ultimate support for marketing campaigns, with a wide variety of services such as printing, creative and mailing.

This forward thinking organisation is looking for a Business Development Director who has accumulated a range of experience in printing + mailing, to translate service knowledge into solutions and develop business opportunities from both new and existing accounts. The role requires creative thinking to spot new opportunities, establish rapid growth and pitch highly complex sales propositions.

A positive, goal oriented individual with good communication and social skills will make a significant impact within this ambitious organisation.

You will work closely with the board of directors, receiving every opportunity to be successful and build a strong career path as part of their senior team.

Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, you will gather performance data, generate reports, and use industry knowledge to create growth, forecast sales predictions, and monitor marketplace shifts, avoiding stagnation. Because the role requires a high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking, a number oriented candidate with a well developed business sense is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in printing and direct mail sector.
