Grant Thornton is seeking a Business Development Associate Director to drive growth and expand market presence across key accounts and mid market sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Nurture leads and opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and national marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising business development activities, progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of business development in a B2B environment at C Suite level with professional services.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales and cold targeting.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscapes, especially in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self motivated and result oriented.
