Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: London, UK

Salary: Voluntary, some expenses paid

Key Responsibilities
  • Work virtually with the London based Business development team
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our company and build relationships with potential clients
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to senior management
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Notion
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
