About the Company

A Singapore based capital markets platform is seeking an experienced sales professional to support the expansion of its client franchise across Asia.

The firm provides professional and institutional clients with access to a wide range of financial market solutions, including equities, foreign exchange, rates, fixed income, and select digital asset products. With regulatory licensing in place and additional approvals underway, the platform is focused on building a high performance and client focused business serving sophisticated investors across the region.

Led by an experienced leadership team with deep regional expertise, the company is focused on developing a strong sales franchise and expanding its presence in Asian financial markets.

Role Overview

The firm is looking for a commercially driven business development professional to grow its client base across Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and managing client relationships while driving revenue across traditional capital markets products and selectively introducing digital asset investment solutions where appropriate.

This role is well suited to a strong client originator with an established network who can independently generate new business and contribute meaningfully to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop relationships with high net worth, ultra high net worth, external asset managers, family offices, and institutional clients
  • Drive revenue across equities, foreign exchange, rates, and fixed income products
  • Introduce structured and bespoke digital asset investment solutions where appropriate
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into funded client accounts
  • Maintain active coverage of client portfolios and provide relevant market ideas
  • Work closely with trading, structuring, and leadership teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and market positioning of the platform
Requirements
  • 7 to 15 years experience in capital markets sales, private banking, or brokerage
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
  • Existing client network across high net worth, ultra high net worth, external asset managers, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Strong understanding of equities, foreign exchange, rates, and fixed income products
  • Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate within a growing platform
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant regulatory licensing in Singapore preferred
