Basic salary up to £60, 000 DOE + uncapped Bonus
25 Days Annual Leave. 1 extra day's leave given per year to a maximum of 30 days, plus Bank Holidays

A Client Engagement Partner's primary responsibility is to create, maintain and sustain long-term relationships within the private and public sectors.
With strategic solutions such as the Captiva Talent Partnership and a suite of ground-breaking apprenticeship programmes, you will.
• Develop and manage client relationships within the private and public sectors.
• Provide strategic solutions and ground-breaking apprenticeship programs.
• Engage in business development, employer engagement, consultations, proposal design, and contract management.
• Offer support to customers through consultation, partnerships, and ongoing account management.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of strategic plans to clients
