Job Description

As a Business Developer at Gpeto Planning AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase our market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to the adoption of our AI solutions by planning applicants and local authorities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, present our products and services, and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including planning consultants, local authorities, and industry associations.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support business growth.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technology and the planning application process is a plus.
