Business Design and Change Manager

• Challenge the status quo and generate ideas through insight across Norfolk County Council and externally
• Convert ideas into ambitious proposals to formulate strong, evidence based and robust business cases
• Build project teams that will drive development and delivery
• Initiate handover to business as usual at the optimum time
• Provide appropriate challenge and support to senior managers, business and workstream leads
• Coach colleagues in business design and change techniques to develop a transformational culture and ethos in Children's Services
