A seasoned, energetic, and internationally experienced Chairman and Non Executive Director with a demonstrable track record of operational success spanning 25 years. Frank has served as Finance Director, CEO, Non Executive Director and Chairman across a wide variety of sectors, including natural resources, and has managed a diverse portfolio of non executive directorships for rapidly expanding AIM quoted SMEs in the UK and overseas ventures.

He is actively involved in mentoring CEOs and SME boards, offering strategic and commercial guidance on business growth, profitability, exit strategies, flotations, and acquisitions. Frank brings a strong business acumen, foresight and a proven ability to contribute to the strategic planning process and to provide valuable counsel on corporate governance, risk and compliance.

Frank has more than 25 years in executive and non executive roles, delivering sound judgment and a commercial perspective through the full lifecycle of businesses from start ups to successful exits, including flotations and M&A transactions.

Qualifications

Degree in Chartered Accountancy - University of Cape Town, South Africa. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
