Business Change Manager

Seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of an online acquisition into a retail business. The role will focus on supporting the transition to a single TOM managing the human impact of process and system changes driving adoption and minimising disruption.

The expected approach will be a discovery assessment/impact assessment to then build the change plan.

Our client wants a self starter, who is able to navigate roadblocks, bring people on board and drive a pace of change with super adoption levels.

Must have the following:

• Digital retail with teams fulfilling online and retail shopping experience
• Change management across people, process and tech
• Salesforce change adoption experience
• Change management accreditation

Location - working 2 days per week in West Yorkshire (non-negotiable).

6 month contract - some possibility of further extension to 12 months total.

Rate - c. £475 outside IR35.

• You are a technical lead/agile scrum PM

You do not have online retail and Salesforce experience
