My London based client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Change Manager to work within an established change and project delivery function. Within this role, you will assist various change programmes/projects - focusing primarily on the organisational and people aspects of change. Working closely with key business stakeholders and other change members, you will iterate and embed an enterprise approach to change and ensure the timely delivery of projects to budget and quality.

As Business Change Manager, you will:

• Work with project teams to plan and drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency with employee change.
• Support project teams in the integration of change activities into their project plans.
• Ensure correct metrics supply the necessary data to reinforce user adoption and drive effective implementation.
• Engage with clients and recipients of change to ensure they are fully supported in the understanding, implications and benefits of the change and support thereafter.
• Embed firm wide Change Management framework ensuring consistent adoption, governance and delivery of change initiatives.
• Be accountable for creating a roadmap to a shared standard model of change management to include a firm wide set of tools, standards and deliverables.
• Provide portfolio level assurance, governance and reporting of benefit realisation data to the Project Management Office
• Undertake continuous improvement activities and mitigate risk.
• Matrix manage a team of specialists, who assure the delivery of the projects outcomes on day-to-day basis.
• Champion and act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor.

The Business Change Manager will have demonstrable skills managing business focused change in a complex Matrix organisation with extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
