Position Overview

Graduate Pest Control Technician at Rentokil in Enfield and surrounding areas. Full training provided, no prior experience required. We seek recent graduates in science based, business management or social science degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
• Address pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity.
• Provide advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.

Career Path & Development

After 6-12 months covering a specific geographic area, you can progress into roles such as:

• Sales Surveyor
• Field Biologist
• Service Team Leader
• Key Account Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc-related subject, including social science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard, meet and interact with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on role.

• Basic salary £27,788 per annum plus £3,000 London weighting.
