Graduate Pest Control Technician

Full training provided, no prior experience necessary. You will work in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview

You will start as a Pest Control Technician, covering a specific geographical area for 6 12 months. During months you can choose a career path from Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader or Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity.
• Offer valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Requirements

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
