Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality teaching in Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and motivate students of all abilities
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies
• Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics curriculum
• Support students in achieving outstanding examination results
• Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities

Person Specification

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have a strong academic background in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
• Have the ability to inspire and engage students
• Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
• Show strong organisational and communication skills
