Job Description
Business Analyst/Professional Services Automation/is required by a global technology innovation organization to provide business analysis support across a global Professional Services Automation implementation portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Leading requirements gathering and business process analysis for PSA/Professional Services Automation systems.
- Translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Supporting agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Driving process optimization, automation initiatives, and data-driven insights for service delivery.
- Serving as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic goals.
Required experience:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience on Professional Services Automation projects.
- Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource management, project financials, and client implementation workflows.
- Experience with one or more of the following Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms: Kantata, Napta, Salesforce PSA, OpenAir, Mavenlink, FinancialForce/Certinia, Kimble or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to bridge technical teams and business users.
- Global projects experience.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.
