Business Analyst: Transformation & Agile, Flexible Hours

Aviva plc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Transformation Programmes within Retirement Solutions. Based in York, Norwich, Sheffield or Bristol, you will shape future-state processes, capture business requirements and ensure alignment with outcomes.

You'll work across multiple workstreams, collaborating with business and technical teams to translate challenges into prioritised requirements and user-focused solutions, in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
