Your Skills

- 5+ years' experience in Project Delivery, Business Analysis, or IT Financial Services Consulting
- 5+ years' experience in banking, payments, or other high-availability, transaction-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and related tooling
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and technical understanding
- Solid experience in requirements analysis, logical thinking, and value-focused solution design
- Proficient user of MS Office or comparable productivity tools

Your Tasks

- Act as a key interface between business, product, and technology, taking ownership for requirements, priorities, and delivered business value
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap discussions, translating strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements
- Maintain and refine a value-driven backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes
- Operate confidently in ambiguous and complex environments, simplifying payment and transaction flows into clear solutions
- Apply a strong customer-centric mindset, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations
- Support decision-making in payment and transaction platforms, balancing regulatory, operational, and customer considerations
- Act as an advocate for change, applying best-practice methodologies to enable scalable and resilient solutions
- Manage contributions across small change initiatives and large-scale delivery programs in parallel
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including vendors and partners, in high-availability environments
- Work independently and results-driven, with a clear sense of accountability and ownership
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, including strong client-facing communication
- Encourage knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within and across teams
- Act with a strong focus on transparency, openness, and accountability
. Apply solid experience in business analysis frameworks, value cycles, SDLC, business process management, business requirements, and UAT methodologies, particularly within payment and transaction processing contexts
