Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience working on low-code development platforms such as Leap or OutSystems. You will work with a pharmaceutical industry client, helping them improve business processes and drive digital transformation initiatives. While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements.

  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with development and architecture teams using Leap or OutSystems to design, build, test, and deploy low-code applications.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

  • Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new enhancements and change requests.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs/FRDs, process flows, configuration documents, and release notes.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor post-deployment performance and assist in continuous product improvement cycles.

  • Act as the liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Leap or OutSystems (or similar low-code/no-code platforms).

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with requirements documentation and process modelling (eg, BPMN).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in or with pharmaceutical or regulated environments (GxP experience a plus).

  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL concepts.

  • Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
