Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with retail experience to join a team working on a luxury fashion project. The role involves working across a complex system landscape, ensuring impacts are understood, documented, and communicated effectively to support timely resolution and delivery.

Work onsite in central London ( 3 days a week).

• Manage interdependencies across systems and processes within the broader programme.
• Identify and evaluate risks and potential failure points.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand system integrations, data pathways, and operational effects.
• Escalate issues with thorough analysis and clear impact summaries to stakeholders.
• Work with programme leads to anticipate risks and develop resolution strategies.
• Create visual maps, dashboards, and impact reports for governance.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, translating technical data into clear insights.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of system architectures, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience in mapping dependencies, impact assessments, and risk identification.
• Proven success in business analysis or project delivery within large, complex programmes.
• High data literacy and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Stakeholder engagement skills and escalation of critical issues.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable in high-pressure environments.
