Business Analyst, IHS and Flex

Essential Functions

The person will be responsible for managing charters under the IHS and Flex program. They will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining processes.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL and Excel, possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage different charters within the IHS and Flex program.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams
